Battery storage for street lights allows your lighting system to work independent from any grid supply.

For on-grid street lights, batteries can supply energy in the event of a grid failure. As a result, your street lights can work without incurring any regular electrical cost, and without the fear of blackouts or lighting failures. For off-grid systems, batteries are necessary to store and use energy efficiently. Without it, lights would stop working when solar or wind power sources fail due to night skies or lack of wind.
