High Quality Cells
We understand the importance of high-efficiency, long-life cells. We believe that quality products are not the result of a final inspection but rather the result of tight process controls throughout every stage of manufacture. Each of our PV cells is inspected and checked for current reversion, micro cracks, chipping, warping, and uneven thickness. Checked cells are individually tested and grouped into over 24 performance classes within a tight 1.5% test accuracy.
How it works?
Our PV cells use monocrystalline silicon rods to convert sunlight or sun energy into electricity. These rods are specially placed inside the cells to ensure that each cell works to peak efficiency.
Each module, or group of cells, is laminated with high-strength, low-iron tempered glass that offers effective resistance against degradation, moisture ingress, severe weather and salt corrosion.
Our commitment to quality means that each of our PV cells is individually inspected throughout the manufacturing process and tested before sale.
We also offer special sun tracking systems to help you ensure that your PV unit is working to maximum efficiency.
Installation
Now lighter and better protected, we have developed new ways of increasing sun exposure from installation sites, thus increasing your power generation markedly; obtaining a sun-tracking system can increase daily efficiency within the same location further still. Electricity produced is output as DC that can easily be stored in an AGM battery or converted to AC using an inverter for distribution to the mains.
