How does the LVD Induction Lamp Work?

Electromagnetic transformers, which consist of rings with metal coils, create an electromagnetic field around a glass tube, which contains a gas, at a high frequency of 210KHz which is generated from an electronic ballast.

The discharge path, induced by the coils, forms a closed loop which cause an acceleration of free electrons that collide with mercury atoms and excite electrons.

As the excited electrons from these atoms fall back from this higher energy state to a lower stable level, they emit ultraviolet radiation. The UV radiation created is converted to visible light as it passes through a phosphor coating on the surface of the tube.

Unique & Patented Coil Ring Structure

The patented design is the leading example on the market with:

  • A Radiation shield for increased protection.
  • Aesthetically pleasing design.
  • Advanced heat dispersion, improving lifetime.
  • Wiring regularity with improved wire protection.

Other similar products, without this patented design, are disadvantaged with:

  • Electromagnetic interference.
  • Poor appearance.
  • Poor heat dispersion.
  • Wiring nude, poor wire protection.
  • Ferrite Ring
  • Glass Tube
  • Visible Light
