Specially designed for renewable energy generation systems, Maglev’s AGM batteries are particularly suited to deep-cycle applications, offering a long-term power supply for small loads requiring low currents. Tin alloy grids and thick plates combine with gel-based electrolyte to reduce the need for extra materials and improve durability: our batteries’ life-cycles are 3000 times the requirements for necessary IEC certification.
Safety
Safe and maintenance free, our AGM batteries are fitted with corrosion resistant O-rings and special adhesives that prevent any electrolyte leakage. Their design is of a low liquid type and any gases produced within the cell are recombined into water, at a typical 99+% efficiency, and absorbed by the special AGM separator (matting).
Installation
To accommodate all types of energy storage requirements, our AGM batteries are available in a variety of sizes and can operate in both horizontal and vertical formats.
